Stricker’s Restaurant, in collaboration with the Swiss Chefs’ Association, invited guests to a joint Gastro Network Apéro , accompanied by light bites and good conversation.

The aim was to spend a cozy evening with gastronomy friends who want to maintain a good exchange and use synergies – a complete success and with a lot of enthusiasm was tasted and exchanged in beautiful weather.

Louis XIV was allowed to provide the wine accompaniment throughout the evening.
